Study Session
It will be happening in Strasbourg, 30 November – 6 December 2008. There is the possibility that in the team to be invited another person seeing the “too” French version of the present team.
On the other hand the Bureau agreed that the team of the Study session should be paid.
Next Enoa Bureau Meeting
After doing an analysis about the next Enoa Bureau Meeting we changed the place. That means that we’ll not meet anymore in Belgium to PJ’s place, but in Portugal. So, next Bureau meeting of Enoa will be 19 – 21 September, Portugal, visiting Laura and discovering the territories she’s working in. In the same time we’ll see if linked to this ( before or after to have team preparation meeting for the TC and GA).
TC and GA
Till now, we still have no news from Brussels to know if we have a budget from them. But we have the CoE support. So, 13-24 October, Targu-Jiu, Romania will be happening the Tc+Ga of Enoa 2008.
We had some proposals: - parallel to the topic of Net-working to have sessions on the AYP process ( lead by someone who is not in the team) in order to have a final version of this process in Enoa’s vision.
- to start the team-building before the starting of the project
- baby-sitting
- invite another person in the team
- to have sessions on Local development – place of young people in link with networking
Follow-up of the Presidency
This year there will be some available places within ENOA’s Bureau and a place for a president. So, don’t hesitate! Prepare your electoral platform ;)
Networking application
It’s one of the points from the “to Do” list that was not done. Meaning that these days we’ll have to see the feasibility of doing the application and getting the budget to “re-enforce” the network and to pay a person within Enoa.
Large Scale
Concerning the Large Scale we’ve done a calendar together with the referents from each participant country in order to have a common Action Plan for the next couple of time.
The points discussed will be sent together with a Charter of Involvement.
