Intro: ENOA is engaged in a long term strategy process on “empowerment of young people: local to european level.” In this framework, the training will focus on the role of networking the differents actors in the youth field (local and european level) to  improve/contribute to sunstainable Active Youth Participation.  We will work both on research (imputs, debates, concepts of networking) and action dimensions (exchange of experiences, realities of the territories, transfering the experiences/methods/tools used at European level to local level). We will explore together why we should develop networking- With whom- What could be the form of this bridging process- Which links can be relevant between networks of local actors and international partnership- Which are the richnesses and the limits of networking-

AIMS

*      Develop a network of competences and initiatives at local level inside of an international network of territories to promote and support active youth participation

*      Facilitate projects from, for and with young people implemented with the support of all local/territorial actors

*      Analyze, evaluate and improve methods regarding Networking, Partnership, Co-operation at local and European level

Participants: experienced youth workers, volunteers from different European territories that had contact with ENOA, or would like to have it, experts, trainers, coaches. The participants should have the wish to create or develop networking to encourage active youth participation at local level. Other important info: This training course is definitively a cornerstone for the future of ENOA, for the future activities of its members related to youthwork and Active Youth Participation.
